Two alumni of the UP College of Architecture were honnored as distinguished alumni at this year’s UPAA Distinguished Alumni Awards.
Toym Imao (Batch 1994), an assistant professor at the UPD College of Fine Arts and a multi-awarded, prolific visual artist, received the honors for the culture and the arts (visual arts) category, while Gerard Rey Lico (Batch 1997), a professor at the UPD College of Architecture and a multi-awarded author, historian, and conservation architect was recognized in the culture and the arts (architectural heritage conservation) category.
The award ceremony was held on November 11 at The Bahay ng Alumni.
